JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaboratively plan with the Engineers and/or Supervisors on the maintenance work required. Clarify the purpose and scope of maintenance and ensure that the materials, tools, expertise and other resources required to complete the task is available.
Complete the maintenance and/or repair work within the specified time frame using the resources required to achieve or exceed the quality of the outcome expected.
Perform independent inspection / review of work completed (e.g. all bolts and screws are tightened) to deliver quality outcome.
Support in Engineers and/or Supervisors to diagnose and/or inspect the scope of repair work request and report findings rapidly to assist them to identify the root cause of the issue.
Where possible apply experience and knowledge of the machine, do a preliminary assessment of the scope of the repair, parts and components required, time required to complete repair, once the root cause has been confirmed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Diploma/ Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Machinery and Equipment Engineering
Minimum 1 years working experience as a practitioner in manufacturing or related field, applicable for Certificate holders.
Strong leadership skills, independent with self drive, result orientated, good problem solving and reporting skills, analytical skills, critical thinking skills and good communication skills.
