For ARI Malaysia we are looking for a Technical Supervisor with leadership experience.
Your job duties:- Making sure that all service and support requests from customers are handled proficient and in a timely manner.
- Supervise the technical team.
- Provide regular weekly and monthly reports on all activities and forecasts to the General Manager.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new customers and distribution partners.
- Identify and report on potential new markets, industries and opportunities.
- Ensure a smooth technical process. Coach, grow and develop the technical team members.
- Profound experience in Service Management role.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Leadership experience.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Access or understanding of the industrial market i.e. F&B, Power, Maritime and HVAC markets is added advantage.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Familiar with working with CRM and scheduling management tools.
- Willing to travel frequently
