Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities within the hardware and power tools market.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to penetrate new sales channels (dealers, distributors, retail, e-commerce, and industrial clients).
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to support business planning.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Support sales team in achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners.
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and tenders to clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing recommendations to improve results.
Product & Market Development
- Work with the product team to align product offerings with customer and market needs.
- Participate in product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and training to customers and channel partners.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, and service) to ensure seamless execution of business development activities.
- Support and mentor junior sales/business development staff where required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and credit control processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in business development / sales, preferably in hardware, tools, or industrial equipment industries.
- Strong sales acumen with proven track record of business growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
