Position Summary
As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will support revenue growth by assisting with lead generation, campaign execution, customer outreach, and customer support. You’ll work alongside the company senior management to learn the EMS market, develop strong OEM/ODM relationships, and help position our services as the premier choice for complex electronic manufacturing and R&D.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads and maintain data integrity
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, etc.
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows, webinars, and industry events
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive offerings, and potential opportunities
- Prepare sales collateral, proposal templates, and presentation decks
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and draft summary reports for senior management
- Support basic customer inquiries, order tracking, RFQ, and follow-up activities
Qualifications & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 0–2 years of internship or entry-level experience in B2B sales, marketing, or customer support
- Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing concepts is a plus
- Understanding of Mandarin is an advantage

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
