Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.
- Brewing coffee or tea and serve the drinks to customers.
- Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.
- Able to explain all Tealive products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell Tealive products at all times.
- Cleaning and restocking work.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
- Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer facing responsibilities is an added advantage.
- May work special events, as needed.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday.
Job Type: Full-time only. Able to work for atleast 1 year period of time. Training will be provided at outlet. Non-experience/experience in fnb can apply for this job.
