Key Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation
- Prepare a variety of drinks including milk tea, fruit tea, smoothies, and other specialty beverages according to standard recipes.
- Brew tea, cook pearls/toppings, and ensure freshness of ingredients.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of drinks.
Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and handle orders efficiently.
- Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally and report to supervisor when necessary.
Outlet Hygiene & Cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation, equipment, and overall outlet.
- Wash utensils, wipe counters, and follow cleaning schedules.
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., glove and mask usage).
Cashiering & Order Management
- Operate POS system, handle cash, e-wallet, or card transactions accurately.
- Ensure correct order taking and timely service during peak hours.
- Support online order preparation (GrabFood, Foodpanda, etc.) if applicable.
Stock & Inventory Support
- Monitor ingredient levels and inform supervisor for replenishment.
- Receive and check inventory deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality.
Teamwork & General Duties
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Attend training sessions or store briefings as required.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
- Education: SPM or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Prior F&B or barista experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Skills:
- Able to multitask and work in fast-paced environments.
- Willing to learn and open to training and guidance.
- A positive, responsible, and team-oriented attitude.
Working Conditions:
- 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Shifts based on outlet operation hours (e.g., 9AM–10PM / 9AM-6PM / 1PM-10PM / 2PM-11PM).
- Must be willing to stand for long hours and work in hot/cold beverage preparation areas.

- Salary Package
the total salary package includes basic salary along with allowances such as performance and attendance only . Benefits may include EPF, SOCSO, and staff drinks discounts depending on the position and attitude evaluates by supervisor .
- Weekend & Public Holiday Compensation
Employees who work on public holidays will be compensated with double pay as per labor law. For weekends, compensation depends on the contract terms—some roles may receive off days replacement only.
- Candidate Requirements

- Break Time
Break times are arranged according to shift hours. Generally, full time staff who working full shifts will receive a 1-hour break, and whole day shift will have 1.5 break , There will be no break time provided for part-time employees working 5-hour / shifts.
- Interview Process
After receiving the candidate’s profile, we will review it and arrange a brief interview either online or in person. If shortlisted, the candidate may be called for a trial shift or 5days on field training session before final confirmation.
- Outlet Staffing
On average, each outlet operates with around 5–6 staff members per shift, depending on the outlet size and business volume.
- Training Duration
The training period usually lasts 3 to 7 days, depending on the candidate’s experience and adaptability. During training, they will be guided on SOPs, customer service, and daily operations.
