Job Purpose
To manage recruitment activities ensuring timely hiring of quality candidates, and to support training & development programs that enhance employee performance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate database and relationships with universities, agencies, and job portals.
- Collaborate with managers to identify manpower needs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.
2. Training & Development
- Assist in training needs analysis (TNA) with department heads.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Handle HRD Corp (HRDF) claims, training records, and reports.
- Organize employee development activities (technical, soft skills, safety, compliance).
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and evaluations.
3. HR Support
- Prepare reports (hiring status, training hours, cost per hire, training budget utilization).
- Support HR projects (employee engagement, employer branding).
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or training.
· Knowledge of HRDCorp (HRDF) processes is an advantage.
· Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
