Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for one or two combinations of Talent Acquisition / Payroll / Industrial Relations / Foreign Workers Management / Learning & Development / Admin portfolio
- High volume in Talent Acquisition portfolio for outlets operations, which manages the full cycle of recruitment process starting from sourcing candidates until the exit procedures; and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture
- Full spectrum of payroll processing and administration of HRIS
- Support the staff engagement initiatives and activities
- Assist on staff counselling, coaching and industrial relations matters
- Maintain staff records, update employee database and proper filing for documentation purpose
- Prepare HR related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to legal requirements and HR policies such as employment contract, termination, policy, etc.
- Responsible for foreign workers management and administration
- Responsible for training needs analysis, training coordination, HRDC submissions and claims
- Responsible for outlets administration support, e.g. uniforms, hostel set-up and management, staff welfare, etc.
- Performs HR operational tasks that include personnel data administration, organization data maintenance, time & attendance data administration, leave management
- Prepare monthly reports on HR-related metrics
- Provide support and advice employees on HR related matters where needed
- Responsible for any other HR projects and duties as and when required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of professional HR Generalist / Specialist preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided
- Experience handling the HR Operations in F&B / retail will be an added advantage
- Meticulous and have a keen eye for details to ensure high-quality work output
- Flexible and ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results in an efficient and timely manner
- Mature, calm, pleasant personality, positive attitude and the ability to remain discreet and handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Excellent organization skill and strong customer service mindset
- Able to work in the fast-paced environment
- Able to work under pressure with positive attitude
- Able to travel locally and outstation for work execution
- Computer literature in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint in intermediate level
- Well verse in Rymnet HRIS is an added advantage. Training will be provided

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
