The Role
About the Role
Are you passionate about connecting top-tier talent with impactful opportunities in the energy sector? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts within the oil and gas industry—a sector where precision, safety, and innovation are paramount.
In this role, you’ll partner with hiring managers to understand complex workforce needs, develop data-driven sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. You’ll play a critical role in attracting the engineers, technicians, and specialists who power the future of energy.
Key Accountabilities
- Source and engage candidates for roles that will be specific to Energy, such as Operations, Maintenance, Production, but equally across other disciplines such as Tech or Functions
- Screen and shortlist candidates to provide a quality shortlist that aligns to the Hiring Managers brief.
- Manage the offer process and support hiring decisions in collaboration with HR and business stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate data in ATS/CRM systems and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in recruitment, ideally within the oil & gas, energy, or engineering sectors.
- Strong understanding of technical job profiles
- Proficiency in recruitment technologies (e.g., ATS, CRM, sourcing tools).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset.
