About the Role
We are seeking a creative and strategic Talent Acquisition Consultant with a dual focus on Employer Branding and Recruitment. This role is responsible for enhancing our employer brand presence across various platforms while also managing end-to-end recruitment for selected smaller divisions and/or departments. You will collaborate closely with HR, Marketing, and business stakeholders to position the company as an employer of choice and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Employer Branding
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies aligned with the company’s talent acquisition goals.
- Create engaging content (e.g., videos, blogs, social media posts, employee testimonials) to highlight company culture and career opportunities.
- Manage employer branding campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with universities, student organizations, and industry partners to promote the employer brand.
- Organize and represent the company at career fairs, campus events, and industry conferences.
- Partner with internal teams to gather employee stories and success narratives.
- Track and analyze the performance of branding initiatives using KPIs such as engagement, reach, and application rates.
Recruitment (for Smaller Divisions/Departments)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding for assigned divisions/departments.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide consultative support.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support workforce planning and talent pipelining for future hiring needs.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction.
- Skills:
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced or regional/multinational environment.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and ATS platforms, such as Workday is a plus.
- Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing is a plus.
