Role & Responsibilities:
- To promote and professionally present a comprehensive range of takaful protection plans including medical, income protection, children’s education, and retirement planning.
- To offer tailored financial solutions based on individual client needs.
- To establish and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on long-term financial growth and trust.
- To ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering outstanding post-sale service.
- To actively engage in marketing and selling takaful products to potential customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Candidates will be exposed to roles across Human Resources (HR), Marketing, Training, Finance, and Sales.
- Preferably with experience in Financial Services / Insurance / Takaful, but not mandatory.
- Must be proactive, innovative, and possess leadership qualities.
- Able to perform well under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
