Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys on land sites and properties.
- Examine previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracy.
- Provide reference point and marking for the levels for each trade of the work.
- To provide survey and ensure the verticality and alignment of the buildings is within the construction tolerances or as specified in drawings and specifications.
- Research and design methods for survey processes.
- Use equipment and tools to accurately measure land /building features (e.g. longitudes, latitudes).
- Build maps, sketches, and charts.
- Supervise and provide guidance to field staff.
- Upkeep and maintain equipment.
- Report on survey results and present findings to clients.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects on several projects.
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Building Surveyor or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in High Rise Building.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and customer relation management with high proficiency in verbal and written English.
- Strong analytical skills and able to evaluate, form logical conclusions and reason with facts.
- Good work attitude, flexible, able to work independently and willing to take on challenges.
- This position requires hands-on experience with engineering instruments and proficiency in GPS and GIS systems. To excel as a surveyor, you must possess exceptional mathematical and analytical skills, coupled with a keen eye for measurements.

Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM4,065.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
