Job Responsibilities:

Conduct surveys on land sites and properties.
Examine previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracy.
Provide reference point and marking for the levels for each trade of the work.
To provide survey and ensure the verticality and alignment of the buildings is within the construction tolerances or as specified in drawings and specifications.
Research and design methods for survey processes.
Use equipment and tools to accurately measure land /building features (e.g. longitudes, latitudes).
Build maps, sketches, and charts.
Supervise and provide guidance to field staff.
Upkeep and maintain equipment.
Report on survey results and present findings to clients.
Collaborate with engineers and architects on several projects.

Job Requirement:

Degree in Building Surveyor or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years working experience in High Rise Building.
Good communication, interpersonal skills and customer relation management with high proficiency in verbal and written English.
Strong analytical skills and able to evaluate, form logical conclusions and reason with facts.
Good work attitude, flexible, able to work independently and willing to take on challenges.
This position requires hands-on experience with engineering instruments and proficiency in GPS and GIS systems. To excel as a surveyor, you must possess exceptional mathematical and analytical skills, coupled with a keen eye for measurements.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM4,065.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
