Responsibilities :
- Checking if sufficient quantities of products are in stock to fulfill the order and potentially initiating alternative processes like reordering or backorder management.
- Maintaining accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
- Investigating and resolving order-related issues such as discrepancies, delays, or damages.
- Working with other departments to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery.
- To co-ordinate and undertake stocks take exercise with Finance / Inventory.
- To ensure all billing & charging documentation tallies (cost price) before submitted to Support Office Finance.
- To perform any other duties which is related as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements :
- Fresh Graduates are welcome as long as you are willing and ready to learn.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word.
- Willing to work on Saturday (half-day till 1pm).
- Willing to work at SEGI Logistics Sdn Bhd (DC Segenting) located at Telok Panglima Garang.
