Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations
- Maintain and update employee records accurately and promptly
- Manage leave, attendance, and payroll-related data and documentation
- Utilize HR software for daily HR operations and generate relevant reports
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Support internal staff activities and company culture initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR or related field
- Good understanding of HR processes and Malaysian labor laws
- Proficient in using HR software (e.g., SQL, InfoTech, or other relevant systems)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
