Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution across the assigned countries.
- Manage regional warehouse teams to ensure stock accuracy, efficient space utilization, and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and materials.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business growth, optimize cost, and improve delivery performance.
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to align supply chain plans with business needs.
- Monitor key KPIs and drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes, including demand forecasting and logistics optimization.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal policies across all markets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in FMCG, F&B, or retail sectors.
- Proven regional exposure and experience managing cross-border warehouse and logistics operations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
