Responsibility

Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
Optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics.
Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
Implement and manage supply chain technology solutions.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in supply chain processes.
Develop and manage the supply chain budget.
Coordinate logistics and transportation activities.
Ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Manage warehouse operations and inventory control.
Develop and maintain supply chain documentation and records.
Conduct supplier audits and assessments.
Implement sustainability initiatives in the supply chain.
Manage reverse logistics and returns processes.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

Requirement

Age between 20-45 years old
minimum 1 year working experience in related jobscope/ field are required
Able to communicate in Chinese and English, Bahasa Melayu
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills to engage various Specialties relevant to the organization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in using microsoft words, excel, google drive, power point presentation
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
