Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Support & Engagement

Act as the first point of contact for students’ non-academic queries and concerns.
Coordinate student onboarding, orientation sessions, and engagement activities.
Collect and analyze student feedback to identify areas of improvement in student services.

2. Academic Coordination

Facilitate communication between students and teachers regarding schedules, class arrangements, and academic updates.
Assist teachers with administrative support related to classes, attendance, and student progress tracking.
Support the implementation of academic policies and procedures across teaching teams.

3. General Administrative Duties

Maintain accurate records of student data, attendance, and academic progress.
Help coordinate events, workshops, and seminars involving both internal and external parties.
Ensure effective internal communication across departments for smooth operations.
Other administrative support, for example International Student Visa & Immigration Support

Requirements:

Minimum a Diploma in relevant discipline.
Preferably more than 1 year of working experience in related field or relevant industries.
Good understanding of current trends and issues in international students’ and policies related to international students.
Able to liaise effectively with parents / guardians from diverse backgrounds
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Maturity, integrity and resourcefulness are essential.
Experience working in an international school environment.
