Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Storekeeper cum Operation Assistant to manage our inventory and support daily operational tasks. This role combines warehouse duties with administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy.
- Issue materials as per request and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and complies with safety standards.
- Assist in stock counts, and inventory reconciliation.
- Assist in scheduling deliveries, tracking shipments, and preparing delivery orders.
- Handle basic clerical duties like data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or a similar role.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
