About Us:
We are a growing halal dim sum business in Singapore, known for our handmade pau and dumplings. Our store in Yishun Singapore is looking for a committed and hands-on Sales Manager to oversee day-to-day sales and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert dine in customer at coffeeshop to also order dim sum, through strategies such as going table to table to push product or to bring customers to the store.
- Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness, and quality standards are met
- Supervise kitchen helpers/part-time staff
- Prepare simple sales reports and liaise directly with the owner
- Ensure customer satisfaction and respond to feedback
- Opportunity to help manage new outlets and profit share in the near future
Job Requirements:
- Must speak Malay and basic English
- F&B or hawker experience is an advantage
- Younger candidates welcome if hardworking and responsible
- Must be willing to work weekends, public holidays & overtime during peak times
- Open to learning and growing with the company
- Respects halal food practices and cleanliness
- Able to start work on short notice
- Must be willing to go out to talk to customers to convince them to eat Dim Sum
Compensation Structure:
- Base salary: SGD 1,000/month
- Additional Monthly Commission Structure (based on daily stall sales) from 0.8-1%
