Job Description :

Oversee and manage all store operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
Work closely with the Pharmacist-in-Charge to ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and company SOPs.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, develop action plans, and drive store profitability.
Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and liaise with suppliers for timely replenishment.
Lead, coach, and motivate store staff to maintain high service standards and meet performance goals.
Ensure smooth collaboration between front-end retail staff and the pharmacy team.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations in a professional manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
At least 3–5 years in retail management (pharmacy, healthcare preferred).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple priorities.
Willingness to work closely with a licensed Pharmacist to ensure smooth store and pharmacy operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
