Job Description:
- Conduct retail audits at least once a month for each outlet.
- Constantly keep up to date with the latest practices or implementation, create new / amend the existing checklist if have any related new practices.
- Checking on SOP vs actual in all retails in every visit (preparation, handling, storage, new SOP).
- Conduct checking on facilities and environment in outlets.
- Checking and verifying all the checklists/forms/records done by retailers and also ensuring retailers maintain proper and up-to-date recording.
- Preparing, and summarizing daily audit reports to a superior with the score after audit and filing all audit checklist forms.
- Explore opportunities for continuous improvement and add value to the organization’s operations.
- Analyze findings and identify the root cause for every finding independently.
- Communicate with outlet Staff, Supervisor, FM (Field Manager) on the findings and advise on corrective action and preventive action process.
Requirement :
- Required Skills: Accuracy, Integrity, Analytical skill , Punctual, good computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Candidates must possess at least SPM.
- Required Languages: Bahasa Melayu and English.
- At least working in retail experiences in the related field is required for this position.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Able to travel within company outlet and office.
- The mainly task focuses on Central of Malaysia to KL areas only.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
