At PeakFlow, we are selling out 10,000+ units every month through our innovative products. As we grow, we’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin & Stock Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Reply to customer messages and emails
- Stock Management:
- Monitor and manage product inventory levels.
- Perform regular stock checks to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure all inventory records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Order Fulfillment:
- Pack and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely shipping and delivery of orders.
- Address order-related inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- General Office Support:
- Assist with daily office operations as needed.
- Provide support to other staffs to ensure smooth workflows.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative and/or stock management roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
