About the Role
We’re looking for someone fluent in English and Chinese, deeply connected to Gen-Z social trends, and passionate about the world of social media and influencers.
As our Social Media Strategist & Influencer Coordinator, you’ll support the development of branded campaign strategies, craft social media planning decks, and help build and manage a growing KOL network. From content pillars and captions to talent outreach — you’ll be right in the middle of strategy, execution, and relationship-building.
This is a hybrid role for someone who can think creatively, write strategically, and connect genuinely with creators.
Key Responsibilities
- Build social media planning decks: trend research, content pillars, platform strategies
- Write social media captions, copywriting, and content directions for branded campaigns
- Track and identify trending formats, Gen-Z behaviour, and social content ideas
- Assist in KOL sourcing and outreach — initiating conversations and recruiting creators
- Manage influencer communication and coordination: briefings, timelines, deliverables
- Support reporting and performance tracking for influencer and content campaigns
- Bring creative, fresh, and platform-relevant ideas to team discussions and campaign execution
Requirements
- Based in Malaysia (remote role)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms — especially TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive)
- Comfortable with using or learning marketing and analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Centre, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills — especially when working with KOLs

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
