We are looking for a highly responsible, creative, and data-driven TikTok Specialist to grow our TikTok presence and ensure content aligns with our branding. This role involves not only creating engaging and trend-driven content but also analyzing performance metrics to optimize engagement and growth. You will work closely with the content creation and social media teams and assist in managing other platforms like Instagram.
GLEAM TEAM Responsibilities:
TikTok Strategy & Management:
- Build, implement, and refine TikTok strategies to grow followers, boost engagement, and strengthen brand visibility.
- Create engaging and trend-driven TikTok content, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s image and tone.
- Monitor TikTok trends, challenges, and features to create innovative content that resonates with target audiences.
- Collaborate with influencers and creators to expand reach and credibility.
Content Collaboration:
- Work closely with the content creation team to design high-quality, on-brand videos.
- Align TikTok strategies with broader social media campaigns developed by the social media team.
- Repurpose TikTok content for other platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze TikTok performance metrics such as:
- Engagement rates (likes, shares, comments)
- View counts and completion rates
- Follower growth trends
- Generate regular reports with actionable insights to optimize content and posting strategies.
- Calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement rate per post, reach, and ROI from campaigns.
- Use data to test and refine different content formats, posting times, and creative approaches.
Cross-Platform Social Media Support:
- Assist in managing and growing other social media platforms, especially Instagram.
- Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and messaging across all social media channels.
- Support broader social media campaigns by providing insights from TikTok performance analysis.
Brand Alignment & Accountability:
- Ensure all content reflects the brand’s identity and messaging.
- Be accountable for meeting engagement and growth targets, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
- Maintain a highly organized workflow, including content scheduling, reporting, and campaign coordination.
What does it take to be part of the GLEAM TEAM:
- Proven experience managing TikTok accounts with measurable growth results.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track, calculate, and interpret performance data.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or TikTok’s in-app editor.
- Deep understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and audience behaviors.
- Ability to create detailed reports using tools like TikTok Insights, Excel, or other analytics software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience managing other platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, or YouTube Shorts.
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite or other social media dashboards.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaboration strategies.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Photoshop.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
