College MCS is seeking a creative and talented Designer and Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the college's social media strategy and creating visual content that aligns with the college's brand.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute the college's social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
-Create high-quality visual content, such as graphics, videos, and animations, that aligns with the college's brand and appeals to our target audience.
-Collaborate with various departments within the college to gather information and insights for social media and design projects.
-Monitor and report on social media analytics to continuously improve the college's social media strategy and content.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media algorithms, and best practices.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and graphic design.
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design tools.
-Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
