Job Description
- Own day-to-day management of our social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, and emerging platforms).
- Develop, maintain a monthly social media calendar and work closely with in-house creative team, ensuring timely execution of brand initiatives, product launches and promotions.
- Monitor channel performance using analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics), generate weekly reports, and recommend optimisations.
- Engage with our online community—respond to comments, messages, and social listening insights—to build brand affinity and address customer queries.
- Stay on top of local and global social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats; propose new ideas and experiments to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Support paid social campaigns by coordinating with media planners, tracking budgets, and reporting on ROI.
- Support any ad hoc tasks or strategic projects assigned by the superior to support team or business priorities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Broadcasting, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Business Management, or related field.
- 2 years of hands-on experience managing social media for cosmetics and skincare beauty brands.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu.
- Keen eye for details and strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
