We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about the wellness industry, highly creative, data-driven, and able to independently deliver campaigns that generate real results.
Role Overview
This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns—from planning and design, to execution, analytics, and reporting. You’ll be responsible for ensuring strong ROI across our health & wellness product and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Xiaohongshu (RED/小红书) (experimental campaigns)
- LinkedIn Ads (B2B wellness campaigns)
- Create, test, and optimize campaign structures, ad copy, and creatives.
- Manage ad budgets, costing, and performance reporting.
- Design campaign creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.).
- Track KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions, follower growth, and engagement.
- Prepare weekly performance reports with insights and actionable strategies.
- Be highly responsive, communicative, and accountable for delivering responsibilities.
*Candidate Requirements*
- Proven passion and interest in the health & wellness industry.
- Strong portfolio and analytics of past campaigns (required) showing:
- Strategy, execution, and measurable results (ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions, sales impact).
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and ideally Xiaohongshu.
- Strong design sense; able to create content and creatives.
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools for ads, design, or content.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-reliant, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, etc.) are an added advantage.
- Must be based in Kuala Lumpur and able to work full-time, in-office.
Reporting & Accountability
- Weekly reports covering campaigns, budget utilization, results vs KPIs, challenges, and solutions.
- Clear accountability for campaign ROI, lead generation, and sales impact.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: RM 4,500 – RM 5,000 / month (Full-Time, In-Office)
- Added Commission Programs: Earn performance-based incentives on top of salary.
