Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in running and optimizing advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, analyzing, and scaling paid media campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and boost sales across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok.
- Conduct market and keyword research to identify effective targeting strategies.
- Create compelling ad creatives and copy tailored to each platform.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments.
- A/B test creatives, audiences, and placements to improve ROI.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, etc.).
- Proficient in ad tracking, pixel integration, and remarketing strategies.
- Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel.
- Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns across various platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM4,768.70 per month
