Position: Sites Documentation Clerks
Location: 100% onsite at client office in KL Centre
The role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Project Management Office.
The work is to :
1. Organize and standardize documentation: Systematically locate, retrieve, and
rename diverse project documents, storing them efficiently in shared drives
according to strict naming conventions.
2. Validate and integrate data: Conduct thorough document validation against
the Sanity Database, then accurately upload all verified documentation into the
ERP system for all the 7,509 5G sites.
3. Digital Record Transformation: Lead the digitization of all site acceptance and
handover documentation for all the 7,509 sites, ensuring these crucial records
are not only accurate but also readily accessible for future reference and
compliance.
4. Strategic Reporting & System Integrity: Provide consistent and detailed
reports to the Project Management Office, ensuring that all documentation
within the DNB Workflow Management (WFM) system is current, accurate, and
supportive of strategic decision-making.
Initial LOO/Supplementary LOO Validation
i. Retrieve initial LOO/Supplementary LOO (SLOO) documents and validate
RFQ DNB/NEG/20000000210
the documents against the Sanity Database.
ii. Rename files according to established naming convention and record
updates in the tracker.
2. Tenancy Agreement Validation
i. Locate tenancy agreement documents, verify key details such as Infraco
name, signatory, and other relevant information.
ii. Rename files according to established naming convention and record
updates in the tracker.
3. Fiber UAT Validation
i. Locate fiber UAT documents, cross-check the documents with the
Fiber database
ii. Rename files according to established naming convention and record
updates in the tracker.
4. CME Acceptance Validation
i. Locate CME acceptance documents, verify key details such as Site ID,
Site Name, date, and signatory from handwritten scanned PDFs.
ii. Rename files according to established naming convention and record
updates in the tracker.
5. ERP System Integration
i. Verify PR line items for consistency with the Sanity Database.
ii. Upload four validated documents (LOO/SLOO, TA, Fiber ROW UAT,
and CME Acceptance) to each corresponding line item in the ERP
system.
6. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail, which are crucial during data entry.
7. Maintain a systematic filing / storing system.
8. Compile data and generate reports.
skills and qualification
Minimum qualification SPM with 2 years’ experience in data entry/document
management/office management.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Familiar with the Oracle system
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Good interpersonal skills
Able to work efficiently.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
