We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Safety Supervisor to join our team and ensure the highest standards of safety across our industrial and construction sites. If you're passionate about workplace safety and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections and enforce safety protocols
- Lead toolbox briefings and safety inductions for workers and contractors
- Prepare and maintain HIRARC, JSA, and safety documentation
- Monitor high-risk operations (hot work, confined space, crane lifts)
- Liaise with regulatory bodies (DOSH, BOMBA, MBPG)
- Manage Permit-to-Work systems and emergency response plans
- Compile monthly safety reports and statistics for management
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in safety supervision (construction/manufacturing preferred)
- Valid SSS or SHO certification (NIOSH/JKKP registered)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA 1994 & FMA 1967
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Willing to travel and relocate within Johor
- Own transport preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
