Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk Coordinator & Lead Management Specialist to ensure smooth daily operations at our dental clinic. This role involves greeting and assisting patients, managing appointment scheduling, handling phone calls, and responding to inquiries. Additionally, you will be responsible for following up on leads generated through social media marketing, engaging with potential patients, and converting inquiries into confirmed appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient records
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally
- Monitor and respond to messages and comments on social media platforms
- Follow up on social media leads promptly and effectively
- Convert leads into confirmed appointments, helping grow our patient base
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care and service
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in customer service, reception, or sales preferred
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts
- Highly organized with good time management skills
- Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
