SITE ADMINISTRATOR - Chinese ( Georgetown Area)
Responsibilities:
- issue and send monthly statements to Owners.
- Collect service and outgoing charges from Owners
- Document and issue receipt for rental of various facilities.
- Send reminders / notices to defaulters.
- Issue receipts upon collection.
- Manage site petty cash.
- Put up notices in notice boards.
- To handle general administration and typing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
- Good analytical mind, self-starter, and able to start work independently.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and additional languages like Mandarin , Hokkien
- Attractive remuneration for suitable candidate.
- Computer Literate.
Job Types: Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
