Job Description:
- Ensure proper filing of workers' personnel files and upload them to the server according to ISO 9001 standards.
- Brief new workers and prepare necessary documents, including for bank account opening.
- Provide workers with PDPA, NDA, and COI acknowledgment forms, and mark test questions if required.
- Ensure workers' overtime and working hours do not exceed 60 hours per week.
- Monitor workers' attendance, compile reports for customer approval before payroll.
- Maintain and update workers' leave records (AL/MC/UPL, etc.).
- Serve as the liaison between Osadi and the customer for workers’ issues.
- Regularly engage with workers to listen and solve their problems quickly.
- Communicate any changes or extensions to employment contracts to workers.
- Ensure workers complete exit interview forms upon resignation.
- Brief workers on Warning Letters and report to HR for acknowledgment.
- Notify HR for termination and end contract letters, brief workers, and obtain acknowledgment.
- Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying and filing as per ISO standards, and other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Support recruitment activities when needed by customers.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations or a related field. Fresh graduate is welcomed.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws, and regulations.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin will be advantageous.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to travel to site with own transport when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
