Responsibilities:
- Liaising with freight forwarders, coordinating the entire shipping process including vessel booking, preparing documents, arranging pick-ups and deliveries, tracking shipment and custom clearance.
- Schedule and freight rates.
- Propose vessel schedule to customers and booking vessel.
- Monitor status of cargo.
- Handling shipment matters including shipping documents.
- Application of Certificate of Origin.
Requirements:
- Candidate possess at least a Diploma with at least 2 years’ working experience of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff.
- Proficient in written and spoken Malay, English.
- Proactive, independent, meticulous and possess initiatives.
- Ability to multi-task and be a team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
