Job Title: Service Lady – Cuckoo International (M) Sdn. Bhd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Servicing
- Perform regular maintenance (filter replacement, tank cleaning, sanitization) for Cuckoo water purifiers and air purifiers.
- Ensure all service work follows the company’s SOP.

- Customer Management
- Contact customers to arrange service appointments.
- Provide a brief explanation on product usage and maintenance tips.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints politely and professionally.

- Reporting & Documentation
- Complete service forms (manual or via company app).
- Report any product issues or damages to HQ/Team Leader.

- Promotion & Upselling (optional, based on policy)
- Introduce new products or additional service packages to customers.
