- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or service desk role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk is a plus.
- Basic understanding of ITIL practices (ITIL certification is a plus).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
