Key Responsibilities
Service Crew
- Greet and serve customers in a polite and efficient manner
- Take orders accurately using POS system
- Clear tables, serve food and drinks, and ensure dining area cleanliness
- Assist in opening/closing duties
- Upsell menu items where appropriate
- Maintain hygiene and service standards
Barista
- Prepare coffee and tea-based beverages
- Ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the bar/coffee station
- Monitor and replenish coffee supplies and ingredients
- Support service team during peak hours
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Friendly, responsible, and a good team player
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Willing to learn and take on multiple roles
- Prior experience in F&B is an added advantage (especially for barista role)
- Basic understanding of coffee making for barista candidates preferred
- Malaysian citizen or valid working permit

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
