- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light snacks in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and dining area
- Handle transactions accurately using a POS system
- Support team members in daily operations to ensure smooth service flow
