Job Description
The Role Own the platform that aggregates, enriches, and distributes jobs across Jora, SEEK/Jobstreet, Google and partners. Drive continuous improvement of candidate experience through data-driven experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Ownership: Lead strategy for job aggregation, enrichment, and distribution. Partner with crawling ops to improve content coverage, quality, and deduplication
- Customer Discovery: Conduct job seeker interviews, translate insights into problem statements, collaborate on UX design and A/B experiments
- Analytics & AI: Work with Data Scientists on engagement analysis, build monitoring dashboards, leverage LLMs for content enrichment
- Delivery: Collaborate with Engineering on roadmap execution, write clear requirements, manage stakeholder alignment
Team: Cross-functional Jobstream team reporting to Head of Product, working with Engineering, Design & Data Science in an outcome-driven, hypothesis-led environment.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- 3+ years Product Management experience with data-rich, user-facing products
- Strong discovery skills (interviews, surveys, JTBD, hypothesis formation)
- Analytics fluency (KPIs/OKRs, dashboards, A/B testing)
- Experience with Data Science/ML partnerships; LLM familiarity preferred
- UX collaboration from concept to high-fidelity design
- Proven delivery experience with clear requirements and stakeholder management
Preferred
- Experience in search/relevance, content aggregation, marketplaces, or third-party distribution
- Knowledge of taxonomy, deduplication, spam detection
- SQL and analytics tools experience; prompt engineering exposure
