About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised Senior Marketing Executive to support our marketing team from operation, analytic to project management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role especially in client acquisition. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytic, and possesses strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
Operational
- You will be the person behind our B2C campaigns, own and runs customer acquisition campaigns
- You will be optimizing marketing channels, focus on customer acquisition, activation & referral
- You will be involved in new user email journey, streamline the operation flow and document them in SOP
Analytic & Strategy
- You love to monitor campaign performance and traffic, analyse key metrics and formulate actionable steps
- You love to run experiments & growth hacking
- You love to use data to identify gap & new opportunity in new and established markets
Project Management
- You will be executing B2C marketing campaigns with our internal stakeholder such as content, creative, performance and sales team
- You will be involved in projects to activate our new client such as promotion, educational & journey enhancement
- You will ensure timely delivery of project and work with multiple counterparts
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experiences in marketing or similar role
- Good understanding of digital marketing & online performance marketing channels
- Experience in CRM and analytics marketing tools
- Comfortable to speak with different stakeholders both internal and external
- Comfortable with numbers, and able to come up with analysis & insights based on data
- Self-motivated, result driven and open in learning new skills
