Job Description:
- Provide academic support and guidance to Primary / Secondary students in specific subjects (e.g., Math, English, Science, Add Math, Physics, Biology, Chemistry).
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to students’ learning levels.
- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions (physical or online).
- Assess students’ strengths and weaknesses to improve academic performance.
- Motivate and encourage students to build confidence in learning.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of the subject(s) you are teaching.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
- Responsible, punctual, and committed to students’ progress.
- Familiarity with school syllabus (KSSR/KSSM/IGCSE/SPM etc.).
- Fluent in English, Malay, or Mandarin (based on student needs).
Job Information
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, EIS
- Working Days: 5.5 days per week
- Full-Time Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,800/month (inclusive of performance bonus)
- Part-Time Salary: RM15 – RM40/hour
