Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8.45 am – 5.45 pm
- Occasionally Saturday for events/roadshows
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for promoting financial protection and savings products to bank customers, providing tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets while building long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Introduce and promote financial products to walk-in and existing bank customers
- Provide professional consultation and customized solutions
- Develop strong customer relationships
- Meet individual sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in training and coaching for career growth
Requirements:
- 2–3 years’ experience in sales, banking, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven and proactive attitude
- No bankruptcy or bad debt record
Education Background:
- SPM with minimum 5 passes (plus 3 years’ sales experience), OR
- Diploma holder (preferred), OR
- Degree holder (advantageous for senior positions)
Salary & Career Progression:
- Executive: RM 2,600 – RM 3,000 (basic)
- Senior Executive (Trainee): RM 2,800 – RM 3,300 (basic)
- Senior Executive: RM 2,800 – RM 10,000 (basic + incentives)
