- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the freight forwarding industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and expand the client base.
