Role Overview
Work on behalf of a global client targeting the English-speaking SEA market. Full-time, office-based in Bangsar South, KL.
- Outbound cold calls, lead follow-up, appointment setting, lead generation
- Use CRM, diallers, email automation
- Keep databases accurate
- Client briefings and training
- Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am–5pm Singapore time (no weekends/overtime)
Requirements
- Experience in B2B telemarketing, IT pre-sales, or inbound/outbound sales calls
- Fluent business English
- Confident making outbound calls to business people
- Comfortable with CRM and software tools
- Relevant degree is a plus
