KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interact with potential and existing customers through emails, telephone calls, and live website chats to persuade them to purchase companies' products and services.
- Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer question
- Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
- Contact prospective customers through cold calling and emails
- Provide support to the marketing team by inviting prospective customers for promotional events.
- Address customer needs and requirements
- Transfer qualified leads to experienced sales professionals.
- Record and expand your lead database for cold calling and emails.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENT:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent courses.
- Product knowledge on IT Related
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Information Gathering skills.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
