Job Responsibilities:
Primary duties:
- Develop and execute national and regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Manage, lead, and train sales teams and/or distributors.
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing executives, setting performance goals and monitoring their progress. This includes recruiting, training, and evaluating staff to ensure the team's effectiveness.
- Establish pricing strategies and discount structures based on market intelligence and profitability goals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and distribution channels.
- Develop and oversee execution of the annual marketing plan and campaigns.
- Manage product launches, promotional activities, and trade shows.
- Coordinate online and offline advertising, social media, and branding efforts.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work with product development or R&D teams to align products with market needs.
- Monitor sales KPIs, prepare forecasts, and analyze performance reports.
- Maintain relationships with key customers, retailers, and partners.
- Research and identify new market opportunities and trends.
- Ensure the duties of his/ her subordinates are properly done.
- Handle customer inquiry and requirements, ensure customer requirements are being met at all levels of production.
- Verify shipping documents, proforma invoice and shipping orders.
- Prepare total monthly order report.
Secondary duties:
- Create and manage advertising and promotional activities to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Participate in ISO activities and customers’ audit.
- Attend events or exhibitions.
- Receive and resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
