Skills : Degree, Minimum 3 years in industry sales , Mandarin needed as to liaise with China Market and require some entertainments
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English (Bonus : Japanese)
- Attention to details and good time management skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in Industry sales
- Willing to travel to visit customers
- Able to communicate in English
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in followup on appointments and advisory services
- Product presentation to existing and NEW customer
- Followup on payment after the sales closure
- Responsible in preparing a new product information plan and working with the Sales, Marketing and Live Services team on the implementation plan so that it runs according to the plan that has been set.
- Preparing sales forecast and planning of the material intake
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Attending to customer complaint and ensuring their satisfaction
- Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information
- Providing after sales service
- Prepare quotation
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
