你将负责开发与维护客户关系、推广公司产品、完成销售目标，并在建筑与建材相关市场中稳健拓展业务。客户群主要涵盖承包商、建筑工地及机械使用单位。
主要职责包括：
- 开发潜在客户、维护现有客户关系
- 安排客户拜访、产品介绍、报价与订单跟进
- 使用CRM系统记录销售活动并定期汇报
- 配合销售团队执行销售与市场策略
Job Description
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, promoting products, and achieving sales targets in the construction and building materials sector. Clients include contractors, construction sites, and industrial users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and maintain existing relationships
- Schedule client visits, product presentations, quotations, and order follow-ups
- Record sales activities using CRM and provide regular updates
- Work closely with the sales team to execute marketing and sales strategies
职位要求
- 学历：中专 / 大专以上（市场营销、建筑相关专业优先）
- 语言能力：马来文 + 英文（懂中文为加分）
- 至少1年销售经验，具建材 / 建筑 / 工业产品经验者优先考虑
- 需持有有效驾照与交通工具，能够外出拜访客户
- 性格积极主动、具目标导向、沟通能力强
- 欢迎态度积极、沟通能力佳的应届毕业生加入
Job Requirements
- Education: Certificate / Diploma and above (Majors in Marketing or Construction-related fields are preferred)
- Languages: Malay + English (Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage)
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience is preferred, especially in building materials, construction, or industrial products
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for client visits
- Proactive, target-driven, and strong communication skills
- Fresh graduates with the right attitude and strong interpersonal skills are welcome to apply

AVAILABLE LOCATION: PUCHONG SELANGOR
WORKING DAYS: Mondays to Fridays (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) & Saturdays (8:30 AM - 12:30 PM)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
