Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Manage day-to-day activities of junior sales assistants or interns
- Conduct client outreach through calls, emails, visits, and digital platforms
- Promote Edess products during school visits, exhibitions, and public events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and institutions
- Track and report sales activity, pipeline status, and collection follow-ups
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer insights
- Represent EDESS at events, launches, and educational engagement programs
- Ensure accurate documentation of sales activity and client database
- Contribute to campaign execution in coordination with the Marketing team
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, education sales preferred
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and maintain client relationships
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive attitude
- Able to work independently and manage junior staff
- Willing to travel for school visits, roadshows, or event-based outreach
- Bonus: Experience in education sector, B2B sales, or edtech solutions
Salary & Benefits
