Sales & Business Development Executive
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who excels in building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving market expansion within both existing and new market segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Account Management
- Actively promote, pitch, and sell our products to pharmacies, clinics, health stores, and other strategic outlets.
- Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to foster long-term relationships and drive repeat sales.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets, ensuring successful outcomes.
Market Expansion & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales channels in both existing markets and emerging consumer segments.
- Research and explore untapped regions or sales categories, such as retail, e-commerce, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach and grow brand presence.
Market Intelligence & Product Sourcing
- Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving consumer needs.
- Identify and recommend new products or product lines to diversify the company’s portfolio based on market demand and customer feedback.
- Support the product sourcing process by identifying potential suppliers or innovative solutions.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain and monitor an active sales pipeline, ensuring targets are met or exceeded with consistent reporting and updates.
- Provide timely and detailed sales reports, business insights, and market feedback to management to assist in decision-making.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of a Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, distribution, or business development, ideally within the pharmaceutical, wellness, or healthcare sectors.
- Proven sales track record in B2B sales, distribution, or business development, ideally within the pharmaceutical, wellness, or healthcare sectors.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter who is highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with pharmacy, clinic, or wellness product markets is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in managing a sales pipeline and using tools such as Excel or other sales tracking methods.
- Must have own transport and be willing to travel for face-to-face client meetings and market visits.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
